It seems everywhere I look this spring I’m seeing cute little bumble bees on all things design. This nature inspired trend pairs well with all the old world charm we’ve been seeing grace homes and gardens.

I decided to take a few mini terracotta clay pots that I purchased from The Dollar Tree and put a little “bee” spin on them. You can purchase a 2-pack of these pots for $1.00 and using some craft paint at home and a simple bee stamp and gold ink pad you can have the perfect spring decor for your window sill or the cutest little Easter gift.

I wrapped some painters tape around 1″ of the bottom part of the clay pot and painted the remainder using white craft paint. After it dried I used my bee stamp and gold ink pad to stamp the tiny bee on the rim of the pot.

On the other pot I decided to paint it entirely white and painted a wreath free hand using gold craft paint. I filled them with tiny inexpensive ferns from Lowe’s and that’s it!
